Chances for top schools?

Im really hoping to get into schools like Stanford, UC Berkley, UCLA and perhaps UCSD ...etc (the top schools)
Now my scenario is that I have been quite slacking freshman and 1st semester of sophmore year. I'm currently a junior and it seems like my Junior year gpa (by the end of the year) should be a 3.85 or so.

Freshman year 3.3 UW
Sophmore year 3.4 UW
Junior year 3.8 UW

*I'm not sure how to calculate the GPA colleges are looking for and im really hopiong they dont count in freshman gpa's right now.

I have a rigorous coursework, probably the most rigorous course work my school offers

Freshman year: 3 Honors (english, Algebra 2/trig, science)
Sophmore year: 4 Honors (english, Geometry, Chemistry, world history)
Junior year: 3 Ap's 1 honor (Ap bio, ap psychology, ap US history, hon precalculus)
Senior year : *going to take most rigorous coursework

The main reason for the grades so far is plain laziness which frustrates me all the more everytime i think about my irreversible grades.

I have many extraciriculars though:

Eagle Scout
Played in church worship band for 4 years
- put on an outreach concert 100+ people
- went on local tours
Organized for 2 years a Tri-city Christian outreach event (barbeque, worship band, speaker...) (800+ people)
- organized and led the event and worshipband
Piano for 11 years (Royal Academy of Music credential)
* currently looking for someway to prove further competency....a contest or something.
Guitar for 4 years
Vocal Training (sang and played guitar for worship band)
Key Club (kiwanis club) Vice president
*looking at president or higher regional levels in a couple of months
Varsity Tennis *going to be 4 years (2 years as captain)
Cross country JV (not my sport )

Now, thank you for reading all that first off. I am now desperately looking for ways to show competency for these top notch schools as i know my cummulative GPA is wayyy out of the picture.
SAT's are coming up and i think i have a very good chance of 2200 + (took many practice tests)

Now im wondering what i can do?
I've heard and though about:
1) Take on physics right now and take the AP test to show competency
2) Take classes at community college over summer
3) work at an internship (bio research, looking at Stanford, Berkley...etc. internships) *out of interest too
4) Look for a music competition that i will have time to prepare for

and ANY other ways. I am veryyy desperate.. my gpa is a constant depressor when i want to be optimistic. I was regarded as a cheerful person but my gpa history isnt going to allow it at this rate if there is no way i can have a chance at my dream schools...

ANY help/advice/comment is GREATLY APPRECIATED
Thank You SO MUCH in advance!

Plan on these top schools as a transfer or for grad school. Work hard to get a great SAT. That and 2 strong years at a solid college will give you a good shot at top UCs as a transfer.

Getting depressed over what's done will only make things worse. Undergrad is not as important as grad school. Work hard from this day forward and you can achieve anything.

well, even with High sat's, my cummulative gpa would be relatively low (include freshman year?)

but, however, there is a stark upward strend ending with a 4.0 for junior year and 1st semester senior year (how would they see my senior year 1 st semester if applications and especially early apps are due way before?) so would that upward trend show them that i am competent to achieve a 4.0? or rather would they just look at my cummulative gpa and not even look at my app?
