Chances for Transfer to McGill?

Currently in my first year of college at Concordia University in Montreal. I have a GPA of 3.74 and have taken all the prerequisite classes for my intended field. I have an SAT score of 1950 and an ACT of 30. I will be applying for Bcomm and Mech Engineering.

I am, however, on the fence on whether or not I should write a letter of extenuating circumstances to admissions. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in late 2012. I would get very sickly from time to time (mostly during exam week), especially since stress aggravates the symptoms. My father insists that I should not write a letter since he believes it will come off as begging to admissions.

Many thanks

Your father is right. Why did you choose Concordia in the first place?

McGill does not publish transfer minimum stats.

I did apply to McGill, but I was either refused admission or was waitlisted. By the time they reviewed my application over again, the program I wanted was full.

Do you have any idea what my chances would be for a transfer?
