Chances for transfer to UW?

I'm currently at a community college in Maryland but want to transfer to UW for their (amazing) computer science program. I will be applying for the school for winter quarter and then applying into the comp sci program for the spring quarter (that way if I don't get in on the first try I can apply again for fall). UW's comp sci program is ranked at number 10 for the whole country. I am considered a "shoe-in" for University of Maryland's program, ranked at number 16.

I have a 3.6 GPA, with a perfect 4.0 in all my computer science, and science classes (my language courses keep bringing down my GPA). I'm an officer of Phi Theta Kappa. I have taken every honors course I can get my hands on, including Calc 1 and Chemistry. I participated in an internship in Germany for the summer where I learned web-design. I went to a school in New York right out of high school and did terribly (I was very unhappy there, hence my transferring out after the first semester) and I wasn't a great high school student either. My SATs were okay, but they could have been better. I did 630 math, 660 verbal, and (eek!) 490 writing. I will be transferring in a good 4 semesters (not quarters) worth of credits, including the classes I will take in the fall.

I think I should be fine getting into the school (from there it might be hard to get into the program which I understand) but I'd like some input. Thanks in advance!

Do you mean Washington, Wisconsin, or some other place?

University of Washington, sorry!
