i have two friends that are identical twins and both are really smart. they both are applying ED. the thing is that one of them is smarter than the other......one got a 2310 on SAT and is rank 2/630 and the other one got a 2220 and is rank 24/630 and they both have pretty much exactly the same EC's. how is princeton with accepting twins.....i know that the one with a 2310 has a better chance but would princeton take him without his brother, take them both, or take neither since one might not be as qualified

I imagine that they would evaluate each candadite seperately. Princeton seems to place alot of value on essays, so it will probably depend on the twins essays.

i know two different pairs of twins this year, but i dont think that it really makes a difference.

Lol that reminds me that at the Boston area info session I saw three girls who were definitely identical triplets. They all looked very interested in Princeton. My only thoughts on twins/triplets applying to the same school is that it would suck for one to get in and not the other (or worse, 2/3)!

I'm a twin myself (fraternal  ), but we are not applying to the same schools. I say this so passionately not because we don't get along, but because we are determined (and always have been) to be individuals.

aww no im an identical twin and we both want to go the same college. dam! colleges dont take that into consideration???

Colleges would not give you benefit becuase you're a twin...

(Faternal twin here also, represent!)
