Chances for U of Minnesota-Twin Cities and advice

Hey there whoever is looking at this thread! I just wanted to know if you could give me some insight on my chances to U of Minnesota-Twin Cities or actually name some other schools you think an individual like myself should look at.

Fun(maybe not)/Quick(I type alot so maybe not!) Facts about me! :P
-ACT: 29(plan to take again in a few weeks)
-GPA: 93.66(my HS uses percentages)
-Rank: we don't rank, but my HS counselor said if we did, I would be placed in the top 50% (darn)
- numerous college/AP/honors courses- we don't get letter grades but percentages, all of them are in the 90-100% range. AP tests: 3-5s
-Vietnamese
-played basketball all four years(JEREMY LIN lol, and I know the season hasn't started yet, but I would hope that I would make the team again after playing for varsity my sophomore & junior year lol)
- volunteering at shelters, hospitals, and school events which equates to 400+ hours
-planned/interested major(s): psychology, sociology, architecture(there are some others, but those are the major ones).

That's the gist of my highschool career!

I’d say you have a decent chance. If you live in Minnesota, you should also look at University of Wisconsin as Minnesota residents get in-state tuition in Wisconsin schools.

You’re in, hands down. Don’t even consider any other possibility than that. Your ACT is meh, but your grades make it a safety.
