Nice grades. Test scores are below average. This is a reach for you as it is for everyone
I see few AP classes 10-11th which are very important for HS course rigor. Freshman grades are not included in the GPA calculation. Are AP’s not offered prior to 11th grade?

Senior grades are not considered in UC admission decisions but you do have a good amount of rigor Senior year which will help. Even with a 29 on the ACT, that is still below the 25th percentile. Your SAT score is within range however but on the lower end.
Intended major?
Although you have excellent grades, I see a lack of HS course rigor prior to Senior year, test scores on the low end of the admitted applicant range but good EC’s and hopefully good essays.
I think UCB will be a Reach. Sorry but you never know so Good luck.
Honestly, Berkeley’s pretty much a reach for everybody. Your grades are solid, test scores on the lower end for what’s typical of the Berkeley admit profile, but your activities seem pretty good! Depending on the courses your high school offers, where you’re coming from, etc., that all might weigh in too.
Don’t stress too much about this, though. The timestamp says you posted this at three in the morning–I’m not really one to talk, because I’ve often found myself awake at that hour to finish homework, but if your application is what’s keeping you up late, I really hope you can find a way to not worry about it. 
I’m really not sure about your chances, because I’m just a freshman applicant myself, but if you need someone to vent to/freak out with a little bit, I can offer that?

I began 11th grade at a san diego high school with AP Physics and AP Lang but AP Physics was dropped when moving to a new school because they did not offer AP Physics. My intended major was undecided.
