Chances for UC berkeley, Georgetown, Tufts, Johns Hopkins

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone would be willing to tell me what chances I have of getting into my dream schools (UC Berkeley, Georgetown, Tufts and Johns Hopkins)

Okay so here it goes:
-I'm an international applicant from Mauritius, predicted a 40 on the International Baccalaureate (4 subjects at higher level and 2 at standard level)
-i've got 4 languages under my belt (english, french, spanish + Creole - native island language)
- i'm Head Girl (highest form of leadership available),
-ranked 3 out of 355,
- National recognition for Triple Jump at athletic championships
- i have all-rounder achievements and awards, 800+ hours of community service,
-I've been teaching underprivileged children for 2 years, i'm president of 5 clubs (sports and academic),
- Interned at a human rights/environmental initiative called SPEAK for 2 years and worked on cases that went to the white house.
-Public relations officer for PAWS (Protection of Animal Welfare Society)
-i have an unconventional background,
-SAT subject test scores: french - 800, eng lit- 610 BUT my SAT 1 scores are really really low -1690 (and the worst part - i cant take them again! Messed up big time. I know). My superscore comes to a 1730 for the schools above that take the scores in that way.

I'm applying/applied for International Relations and Political Sciences! Any help would be really useful! Thank you so much for taking the time to read!

You should look at American, in which case do not submit the SAT.

Berkeley: Reach (can you pay full-freight? If you cannot, it’s out of reach)
Georgetown: High reach
Tufts: High reach
JHU: High reach

High reach here means out of reach.

Although you clearly have a strong application, and you come from a country from which not many people will be applying top schools, your SAT score is far too low for those schools.

Check out test-optional schools; many LACs are test-optional now, like Bowdoin, Bates, CT College, etc. I’m not sure when their application deadlines are, but if some are later this month, you could still apply.

Best of luck! Hope you get into a school you really like :)
