Hey guys, I was wondering if someone would be willing to tell me what chances I have of getting into my dream schools (UC Berkeley, Georgetown, Tufts and Johns Hopkins)

Okay so here it goes:
-I'm an international applicant from Mauritius, predicted a 40 on the International Baccalaureate (4 subjects at higher level and 2 at standard level)
-i've got 4 languages under my belt (english, french, spanish + Creole - native island language)
- i'm Head Girl (highest form of leadership available),
-ranked 3 out of 355,
- National recognition for Triple Jump at athletic championships
- i have all-rounder achievements and awards, 800+ hours of community service,
-I've been teaching underprivileged children for 2 years, i'm president of 5 clubs (sports and academic),
- Interned at a human rights/environmental initiative called SPEAK for 2 years and worked on cases that went to the white house.
-Public relations officer for PAWS (Protection of Animal Welfare Society)
-i have an unconventional background,
-SAT subject test scores: french - 800, eng lit- 610 BUT my SAT 1 scores are really really low -1690 (and the worst part - i cant take them again! Messed up big time. I know). My superscore comes to a 1730 for the schools above that take the scores in that way.

I'm applying/applied for International Relations and Political Sciences! Any help would be really useful! Thank you so much for taking the time to read!
