<p>White male applying for materials engineering.
I am from California.
I do not require financial aid.</p>

<p>Un-Weighted GPA: 3.92
UC GPA: 4.25
SAT: 2100 (1440 for combined Math & Reading)
SAT2:
Math2: 800
Chemistry: 720</p>

<p>ECs include: Sports, Volunteering, and some work experience.</p>

<p>I realize that materials engineering at Berkeley is very difficult to get into but I would still like to hear some opinions.

<p>You’ll need to have a better SAT to have a decent shot at UCB. As you probably know, they care a huge deal about GPA and SAT. </p>
