<p>i think you have 50/50 chance of getting in UCD since you’re African-American, but your ACT scores are average. If you brought ur ACT score to at least 29 (the average of UCD students), then you will definitely get in</p>

<p>Ditto - higher ACT would make it easier. Average ACT for Davis is 27.6. </p>

<p>Your GPA is quite good though - well above average (assuming you are using the UC rules for weighting - High school GPA based on 10th and 11th grades, with a maximum of 8 honors bonus points)</p>
