My first choice is UCD. My weighted UC gpa is 3.7. My last SAT was 1840, but I hope that my test last Saturday is in the 1950 range. I got 660 on SATII math, and 600 on spanish. I've taken 6 semesters of honors/ap classes. I've tutored special ed students for the last 2 years. What are my chances of getting into Davis? Thanks.

rank?sat score breakdowns?
uw gpa?

r u resident?

and try the act

My uw gpa is about 3.4 and I am a california resident. I will have completed 1 total of 10 semesters of honors/ap courses by the end of my senior year. Again, thanks for your feedback.

Even with your current SAT score and given GPA, I would call UCD a match.

yeah
if u do well in
ur honors/aps

Can I please get some more feedback?

You're borderline, write a great essay.

Would I also be borderline for UCI and UCSB?

oaktown4me:

Assuming you are a California resident,
UCI/UCD/UCSB: Match

u davis is fine im sure u'll get in my friend got in with a 3.2 last year.. (he didnt go tho)

UCI/UCD/UCSB: Match

I really appreciate everyone's input, so keep them coming. Some of my classmates think that I'm crazy when I say that I would attend Davis even if I got into UCB or UCLA. I just feel so comfortable there. But I doubt if I'll have to make that decision.

oaktown4me, you odds look good at davis, especially if you have a SAT over 1900. even with a sat in the mid-high 1800's davis should still be a match for you. best of luck!

UCD: Match

aparently in berkeley some of the classes have ~800 students. TAs teach a lot of the classes and sometimes the class is so big they have like 500 people in the lecturers room, plus another 500 in another room watching the class on a TV.

^^^^ Thats so random... what the hell?

rofl where did that come from karan O.o

lil nugget of wisdom
