Chances for UC Schools and more

I am a rising junior, and I would like to know my chances of getting into these schools:
UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, USC, Lehigh, UPenn, UMD College Park, Carnegie Mellon, Ann Arbor Michigan, and Temple.

These are my top schools although I am most interested in the California schools. I'm looking to apply for a chemistry or biochemistry major.

Academic profile:
Math, Science, Computer Science Magnet program
GPA: 3.65
Weighted: 4.4
Have not actually taken the SAT but practice tests show a score of 2250
Math Level 2 SAT: 800
AP Government: 4
AP Computer Science: 5

Extracurriculars:
Internship at Center for Prostate Disease Research
Do a lot of volunteering for therapeutic programs, will receive a Superintendent Award at the end of this year
Debate team
Violin
School Newspaper

Future AP Classes: AP Lang, AP World History, AP Chem, AP Calc BC, AP Psychology, AP Stat
Future SAT II Subject Tests: Chemistry, World History

I am hoping to improve my GPA in junior year and I will have more test scores in but otherwise this is pretty much what my profile during college applications will look like.

Well, you do realize that the UC’s are full pay if you are OOS, right?

Yes but money is not really an issue for me

Okay, for $50K per year, they will look at unweighted GPA and SAT scores first. EC’s at the UC’s are fluff and are expected to be there. They will also look at your major. If it’s impacted and you’re OOS, there will be an issue.
