Chances for UC schools?

UCLA is my top school but i am applying to UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, UC Irvine, and UC Santa Barbara. Just as a preface i know that la and berkeley are maybe way to much of a reach but ucla is my dream school.

I am a female from CT. My high school is not ranked, but i have taken more than 30 credits at the university of connecticut. I have taken all honors or uconn classes every year. My school only offers 3 AP classes, (one of which is an art class) so i have only taken one AP class which was U.S. History. Also with the way my school does our schedules i have not necessarily taken a ton of classes every year, but my course load is considered very difficult compared to the student body.
My gpa is not very good at all and i'm afraid this will hurt me a lot, but hopefully the fact a lot of the classes are classes at uconn will help? UW is around 3.4 W is 4.1 i believe. My school only gives us weighted on a 6.0 scale so i had to calculate this myself. My school also does not rank, so I don't know this either.
For SAT i received 760 CR, 650M, and 640W
For SAT 2's received 660 in chemistry and 770 in Math 2
AP tests- 4 for US History

I know that because i am out of state i will not be prioritized compared to in state, but i have read that because UC schools are not need blind, they take into consideration family income especially for those out of state. If i can afford the cost of tuition and it is apparent when i fill out the family income section, will this help me at all?

I am planning on going into Actuarial Science or for the campuses that do not specifically have AS, Mathematics .

EC's
i have around 200 community service hours
I volunteer at the hole in the wall gang camp which is a camp for children with life threatening illnesses and participate in fundraising, clerical work and have represented camp at functions.
I also participate in the Angel Ride every year which is an event for the Hospital Outreach program of the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Acted as an ambassador for camp to inform donors and encourage riders.
I have volunteered at a local nursing home by helping to bring residents to internal events, facilitate activities, and just provide company.
I tutor for local families every school year outside of school in math and science.

I am part of National Honor Society and am an executive board member of the chapter. For this i help plan events as well as tutor in our school's academic study center.
I am a member of Mu Alpha Theta and tutor younger students in math for this.
Member of French National Honor Society and tutor students in french for this as well as participate in fundraising events.

I was in the club Best Buddies.
I have taken formal piano lessons for around 12 years and play in recitals annually. I also participate in the national piano playing auditions every year, hosted by the american college of musicians. I have received an early bach medal through this and recognition for being on the national roll 5 years and have appeared in their national magazine twice.

Part of the reason i am not in more activities is i work for my mother in her financial planning business. I have done this for all of high school and have worked pretty much every week of the year. i create Excel spreadsheets, and search investment databases as first pass in selection of mutual funds. Also do clerical functions. I am hoping this makes up for some of the lack of activities and helps because it relates to my major very well.

I know uc schools take the essays into more consideration than other schools and i think mine are pretty good. I talked about working for my mom in one of them and what i have learned from that and how it's shaped my career goals.
In my second essay (which i'm banking on a little bit to set me apart from the crowd) i talked about my sister getting diagnosed with brain cancer as a kid and always growing up with cancer being such a prominent thing in our household. My sister is mentally and physically disabled as a result of her illness now and so i also talked about growing up with that. I have actually been able to go the hole in the wall camp as a sibling and so i related this to my community service with this organization.
I have visited the campus ( not sure if this is important, thought it might be to show how much i want to go).

I'm realizing that i might have basically zero chance at ucla now, but i just wanted some other opinions because it's really the only school i really want to go to.
Thanks!

Your SAT score is fine. The UW gpa is what’s pulling you down right now. Your essays seem promising. Your ECs are fine. The problem is that OOS spots for UCLA are competitive, so make sure your essays are good. UCI & UCSB= high matches ,so you should have a better chance than that of UCLA. UCLA/Cal = low reach. Good luck!

As an OOS applicant, you will receive little to no financial aid, so you will end up paying around $55K/year to attend. UC’s give FA to in-state California students that are in need not OOS or Internationals.

Your GPA is too low for most of the UC’s you are looking to apply. Average is around a 4.0+. The UC GPA will use only 10-11th grades with a capped weighted of up to 4 year long AP classes for OOS. See link for the UC calculator: <a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
The UC’s do not consider rank. You have great EC’s.

If you were Full pay, you would have better chances.

UCB/UCLA/UCSD: Reach
UCI/UCSB: Low Reach
