Chances for UCB and UCLA?

I'm a student at DVC which is a California CC, trying to transfer for Psychology B.A. BUT I want to switch majors as soon as I get in. I need to know what my chances are of getting in, and what my chances are of being able to switch my major later maybe to something with bio or something.
IGETC - done
Current GPA: 3.8

SAT scores don't count as a transfer right?

Also, I'm not so confident in my writing skills so I'm not sure about having a super great essay. I have had a job throughout CC though. Also got ADHD don't know if that counts for anything but it's the reason I ****ed up in high school. Any answers are appreciated, thanks!

No way are you going to be able to switch to Bio at those schools after being admitted to psych. Apply to the major you want to study, don’t try to be clever.

Yeah, you can’t change to a life science major at UCLA if you weren’t admitted as one.

Biology is impacted, no way you’ll be able to switch.

where are you going for?

If you’re writing skills is not great then you will struggle at a UC–especially LA and Berkeley. You are going to a research university that heavily emphasizes on research and theory; in other words, a lot of writing is–and will be–involved.

And there is no way you can “switch” major especially in LA or Berkeley.
