Chances for UCB/UCLA for OOS

I am out-of-state. My brother goes to school at University of the Pacific, so my family may be moving to California when I graduate HS.

GPA: 3.93 UC GPA (Most rigorous schedule possible)
ACT: 35

EC (no specific order): NHS, Varsity/Club Swimming (Year Round), Model UN (Leadership Position), Volunteer work (Tutoring, Hospital Works, Charity Events)

Jobs: Lifeguarding (Certified in CPR and First Aid)

If 3.93 is your weighted UC GPA, forget it.

Her0:

UCB/UCLA: Reach (out of state)

UCB/UCLA: Reach (OOS)

Write some kick-ass essays and you will have a good shot, Of course what are your SAT IIs.

GPA: 3.93 UC GPA

with that GPA it would be reach in-state...OOS is tough

of course, it would be better to know your SAT IIs

My SAT IIs are 800 on Math IIC and 780 on Biology. I figured they would both be a big reach.

What are my chances for the following:
UCR
UCSD
UCSF
UCSB
UCSC

I have to do more research on schools in California. I just need an idea. Aside for the UC system, what are other schools I should look at?

UCSF is almost exclusively graduate only, except for a little in Nursing I think so you won't apply there.

UCSD: Slight Reach/High Match
UCSB/UCR/UCSC: Match

Her0:

UCB/UCLA: Reach (out of state)
UCSD: Slight Reach (out of state)
UCSB: Match (out of state)
UCSC/UCR: Safe Match (out of state)

ucb/la oos - you need like a 4.5
