do you go to a school in California?

you have a good chance at SD, Irvine, and SB like anywaynots says about, but it may be harder for you to get into LA and UCB with your low GPA and SAT scores.

You have a very solid shot at UCSB, UCI, and UCSB (I'd say you're in at UCSB, don't know much about UCI, but I did visit and I also don't recommend going there, UCSD can make weird decisions). Reach at Berkeley and UCLA for your SAT I and GPA, as mentioned before.

Yes these chancers are pretty spot-on with the chances.

However, if your class rigor seems very challenging into the adcom's eyes, and they see how you could have struggled, you may have a good shot at the higher UC's. So keep that in mind.

You and I are really really similar. I have the same GPA and the same-ish SAT score (1960), but I submitted my ACT scores for evaluation instead.

UCB/ UCLA : reach (engineering is tough to get into)
UCSD : slight reach-match
UCI : match
UCSB : match

Geez, you have probably made around 4 or 5 chance threads lately. The decisions are coming out very soon, what's the point of this chance obsession? Will it raise your chances of getting accepted?
