I am an international student from Russia
Have a 1570 on the sat, math-530 writing-540 and Reading-500
I got a 106/120 on the TOEFL which is recalculated to 263/300 by UCF
my academic core GPA is 2.9 and my weighted is 3.55. Almost all of my classes are honors
I have over 300 hours
A letter of recommendation
And multiple clubs and volunteering.
I am retaking my SAT. Well already did my scores will come out soon and I feel like I did better so if they defer me I can ask them to reconsider with a better sat score but just curious about the stats I have now is there any possibility what so ever? 
I’ve been so stressed out about it I just need some kind of comfort
