<p>I'm a CCC student planning to transfer to UCI/UCSD/UCSB for Fall 2011 as a computer science major</p>

<p>My gpa has been hovering just above a 3.0 for my first year at community college. But I messed up this semester. I'll most likely receive 2 C's by the end of the semester, dropping my gpa down to a 2.94</p>

<p>As I've read, my gpa will disqualify me from TAG. I already have my IGETC and major prereqs completed. Do I still have any chances of getting into any of these schools with my gpa?</p>

<p>Yes you do. Just apply and hope for the best. I’d say your best chance would be UCI though!</p>

<p>In my opinion, you won’t get into any of those UC’s. All the schools you mentioned are very strict about having a minimum 3.0 GPA. I hope I’m wrong but I doubt it.</p>
