Being Korean and not scoring a 780+ might hurt you a bit. Practice the SAT and retake it: You want to try for at least 1900. Aside from that, you should provide more information (number of AP’s taken, intended major (very important), etc.)

Well I took a total of 7 Aps and I’m trying to get into the Game Design Major. Also, my teachers say that my personal statement is very unique and well written

You may want to check the job listings of various computer game companies. You will find very few job listings that specify a degree in game design. Most of the computer game development jobs which specify a degree just list a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. And many of the jobs are in areas other than usual “game” ones (AI, graphics).

Well I heard that UCI has a lot of connections with major game companies like Blizzard. Blizzard also offers some game design positions like 3D level design and character design. Yes, its true that many design majors have limited job opportunities but it has always been my dream to become a game designer. I feel like UCI can give me a chance at becoming a successful game designer, and i would just like to know if I have a possibility of attending there.
