<p>Hello All,</p>

<p>I'll try and make this short. I am looking for my odds into transferring to ucla's school of engineering. My I will be applying as computer science &engineering (perhaps EE) major this Fall.
So far my application will reflect this:
-3.56 gpa (should be up at 3.60+ by end of this semester)
-will complete all required courses and IGETC by time of transfer
- 115 units
-accepted in STEM academic grant/program at my school
-accepted and completed summer research program by above program
-EC relating to major(held position for 1 semester)
-have held 25+hrs/wk job
-currently tutor and teachers assistant tutor for calc1 class
-1 withdrawal and C (in calc2)
-minority (w/e thats worth)
-minimal volunteering hrs</p>

<p>In 2011, 202 people applied for CS&E and 29 were admitted with an average gpa of 3.85 of those admitted. The C probably will hurt chances, but having all pre req and IGETC will help along with working and EC’s. Write a good essay it’s a possibility.</p>
