Occidental College
UCLA
UC Berkeley
Pepperdine
USC
Claremont McKenna
Pomona College
UCSD
Santa Clara University

Thank you so much!

If you have a chance to retake the Chem ap exam, you should. Colleges would look down upon your score since you’re a chem major. Retake your SAT, try getting a score of 2200. your ECs are quite cliche as well, nothing really stood out to me, so work on those! Also, you don’t show any interest in your major (ap scores/ECs), but you should consider that.
Santa Clara- high match/match
UCSD- high match
USC- low reach
UC Berkeley- reach
UCLA: reach
Pomona- low reach
Good luck!
Please chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1672761-chance-me-for-stanford-university.html

Phenomenal. GPA Person I see~

Occidental: Match
UCLA: Reach
UCB: Reach
Pepperdine: Match
USC: Match
Claremont McKenna: Match
Pomona: Match
UCSD: Match
Santa Clara: Safety

If those are your only colleges, GET IN SOME SAFETIES, you will need them. But good luck with admissions! :)

Thank you! Those aren’t the only colleges I’m thinking about, but they are some of the tougher ones to get into. I didn’t list my safeties, but I do have more.

UCB, UCLA, and USC seem like low reaches. My friend got into All the UC schools (including UCB), but got rejected from UCLA. He had a 1760 SAT, 27 ACT, fewer extra curricular activities than you, no hooks. He had an amazing essay, though. He didn’t pass one of his AP tests, either. Majored in bio-something. Goes to show that essays might be the key in these cases. good luck, and don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t go where you want to! :D

Just wondering. why are you taking so many SAT II’s? You’re better of studying for and taking one or two and doing well in them, rather than taking four and doing so so in all of them. I’d say you are a match for most of these schools; UCLA, Berkeley and CMC are reaches.

Can you afford the UC’s? No financial aid for OOS with California public universities: UC’s and CSU’s; you will be full pay.
