Chances for UCLA, UC Berkeley, San Diego with not too great of a SAT II Score

Hey everyone!

I am applying to the top tier UC schools ( I really hope i get into UCLA PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!!!!!)

I was wondering how bad a 660 on SAT II Bio M would look on my application if I am applying for a Neuroscience major (Doesn't even cover Neuroscience on SAT Bio M.....). Should I change to undeclared because of this :( !?!
I also talk about my love for science in my personal statement #1 :(

My other aspects of the application are not too bad.... i hope

Weighted GPA: 4.4

-currently taking 6 AP classes this year (got 5.0 first quarter)
-by end of high school, I will have completed AP Biology, AP Physics, and AP Chemistry

SAT Composite: 2100
ACT Composite: 32

A bunch of extracurriculars and volunteering opportunities
(logged over 1500 volunteering hours from 2 different places in the course of 9th to 12th grade)
(4 different officer positions for clubs and Board of Director for a newly established district program - only one person from ever school)
Got a 5 different awards to write down
Performed Biomedical Research at Howard Hughes Medical Institute at CSU Fullerton

Live in California and am going to be a first generation college student (neither parents finished high school in India)

***please let me know if any other information is necessary

UCLA is too competitive for you. Although the SAT and ACT are decent scores for any other schools, for UCLA it would be considered average.
