Chances for UCLA, UCB, USC, Vanderbilt, and UCSB?

Hello,
So I'm just wondering what are my chances for UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC, Vanderbilt, and UC Santa Barbara. I'm mostly interested in majoring in Art but I'm also looking towards History and Math.

-I'm ranked 44 out of 663 students in my class (top 10%).
-I have a 4.0 GPA (unweighted) and 4.3~4.4 (UC GPA). I do have a few C's and B's under my belt.
-I scored 1710 on my first SAT and will be receiving my second SAT score on November 25. I also plan to retake it on December.
-I have 100+ hours worth of extracurricular/community service volunteering at an animal shelter during summer (I couldn't start earlier because their policy was 16 years or older and I didn't hear about them until the end of my junior year). I've participated in related events such as mobile pet adoptions.
-I am President of Animal Club which is a club I created because of my experiences at the shelter. I am also Vice President of Knitting Club (don't judge me xD). I am part of Habitat for Humanities Club, Let's Erase the Stigma Club, and CHS/CSF Club.

I don't really participate in any other EC's other than the animal shelter because that's the only one I want to volunteer in. And sports... I never really tried to apply because I thought I would just be dead weight and my friends said it wasn't worth it but now I really regret not trying. I know I don't have a stellar academic record but I was wondering if I actually have a chance to be accepted in those colleges.

UCLA and UCB are reaches if your SAT significantly doesn’t improve, like 2100+.
You have good GPA but SAT is too low…at least UC GPA. How do you have 4.0 unweighted with B and C???
UCSB: high match
USC: reach
Vanderbilt: HIGH reach. Scores matter much in this one. C in your school grade will hurt you definitely…

If you improve your SAT over 2200+, you will have pretty good chances in UC schools.
Did you take any APs? Or Art related ECs?

Sorry this may be a stupid question- but how do you have a 4.0 unweighted but with a few “Cs and Bs under your belt”?

UCLA/UCB/USC: Reaches
UCSB: Low Reach
Vanderbilt: ??
I agree with ^^ poster. You cannot have an unweighted GPA of 4.0 with some B’s and C’s???

UCLA/UCB/USC: reach
UCSB: high match
Vanderbilt: high reach
-chance me back on my last thread. thanks

I’m not sure my college counselor handed it to me and said that it was my unweighted GPA. I think I had about 5 B’s in first semester but those bumped up to an A during second semester. And a C for both semesters of my AP Chem class. But I really don’t know I have to clarify with my counselor.

The colleges I listed were also recommended by my counselor along with other colleges such as Claremont Mckenna and Amherst. I’m pretty surprised that he recommended me to them but I wanted to double check if it’s actually worth applying if I have a chance.

If you haven’t finished every academic class with an A, then you don’t have a 4.0
