You should be able to get into UCSD using the point system. Also UCs don't take into account of Freshman grades. The low income and low performing school should give you a big boost. Do you have any community service? If not please volunteer this summer and get at least 100 hours from 9-12 grade.

my schools' api is 3 idk if that helps or anything, and uc's dont count freshman year, but will the improvement help? also me loading up on college classes this summer, will this help too?

I think you miscalculated your gpa's. I based your chances on your gpa without looking at your schedule and grades, and your gpa is surely better than what you posted as indicated by your grades in 10th and 11th grade. Recalculate your gpa.

UCSD is your best reach (but it is a BIG REACH... 10-20% chance) here because they give extra points for crummy school, 1st time college attendee, social challenges, etc.

If I were you, I'd expand my list to the rest of the UCs, plus San Diego St, Long Beach St, Cal St. Fullerton, Cal Poly -both. Those are your current matches. No AP is really not good, unless they are not offered at all.

If you can figure out a way to get that C in chem to a B or A your chances will increase dramatically. That C will scare most adcoms at the UCs.
