chances for UCLA?

Hi, I'm a Class of 08 senior right now and really hoping to get into UCLA. It'd be great if you guys could see what my chances for UCLA are. Please take into consideration that my high school is the number one public non-magnet high school in California. We have about 80 grads going to UCSD, 50 to UCB, and 30 to UCLA.

Here are my stats:

GRADES:
10th grade (1st sem/2nd sem)
Honors English - A/A
Honors Geometry - B/B
Honors Chemistry - B/B
Spanish 4 - B/A

11th grade (1st sem/2nd sem)
AP Stats - A/A
Precalc - A/A
AP Spanish 5 - A/A
US History - A/A
AP Biology - A/A

I also plan to take Macroeconomics and Biotech at community college.

My unweighted GPA is 3.79 and weighted is 4.21 :\ ouch, I know.

SATS:
SAT 1: Critical Reading- 740, Math- 800, Writing- 790. Total: 2330.
SAT 2: Bio- 740. I'm retaking Bio, which I expect to get an 800 on, and will get 750+ on math. I'm also taking lit just in case.

ECs:
track&field: Varsity 2 years
soccer: 13 years
started a non-profit business to raise money for my class, raised $1000+ - sophomore, junior, and senior year
volunteering: Wildlife Rehab, AIDS Walk, Relay For Life events, plan to volunteer at hospital, plan to volunteer to send children's books to a library in China

Awards: nothing really special, just some track/soccer awards. maybe national merit semifinalist but i doubt it.

Jobs: Snack Shack for baseball?! xD haha. i probably won't even mention that.

Does UCLA care if your grades have an upward trend?

Please let me know! :)

you are pretty much in because you have a rock solid sat, your GPA is not the best but with your SAT it should be enought to get you in, actually I'd be surprised if you didn't get in

I think you have a very good chance at UCLA, I wouldn't worry too much.
