Applying to UCLA, UCB, UCSB, UCSD, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell

UC GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Post capped weighted and Fully weighted UC GPA

Intended major?

UC GPA
Unweighted GPA: 3.61
Weighted GPA: 4.18
Weighted and Capped GPA: 3.89

I was hoping to major in computer science, statistics, computer engineering or business.

For UCs, see http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1903428-faq-uc-historical-frosh-admit-rates-by-hs-gpa.html .

However, be aware that computer science and engineering tend to be more difficult to get into than the campus.

This is the data referenced in post #3:

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 12%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 39%
UCSB: 49%
UCD: 52%
UCI: 57%
UCSC: 83%
UCR: 90%
UCM: 92%

As stated by @ucbalumnus, CS/Engineering and STEM related majors will be a more difficult admit and you want your stats at or above the averages for the best chances.

UCLA/UCB will be tough. UCSB is probably close to a High Match since their Engineering department is small so it will be very competitive. I would add UCI/UCSC for possible Match schools and UCR as a Safety. CMU and Cornell are definite Reach schools. Consider some Cal States such as SJSU/SDSU/CSULB and Cal Poly Pomona for more choices.
