I'm a junior so I haven't done all my testing yet, but based on my SAT and GPA what would you say my chances are for UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, Reed, Syracuse, NYU, Eugene Lang(The New School), Amherst, and dare I ask... Princeton and Brown? That's a lot of schools I know, I'm trying to narrow it down based on where I actually have a chance of getting into, which is why I'm asking you guys!

GPA UW:3.6
Weighted: 4.0 (My grades have been improving this semester so both GPAs will be slightly higher at the end of the year.)
SAT Critical Reading: 800
Writing Skills: 800
Math: 720
SAT II World History:620 (I'm taking US History, Physics, and Math II this year, so I probably won't have to use that score.)
High School Rank: Definitely top quarter, not top 10%, I'm not sure exactly though.
AP Classes(Haven't taken any of the tests yet): This year - Statistics, US History
Next year - Comp/Lit, Gov, Human Geo, Econ, either Physics or Calc
ECs: I'm not really sure what counts as an EC? I've done ceramics for 12 years, dance for 2 years, I do a lot of creative writing, I play some guitar and violin... I've won multiple ribbons at the State Fair for art and I attended CSSSA so I'm a California Art Scholar.
Volunteer Work: 3 hours a week for the past 3 years helping teach a children's ceramics class, some work with Freedom From Hunger and CSF, local tree planting
Legacy: Dad went to Princeton, brother currently a freshman at Princeton, Mom went to MIT but I'm not applying there

I think that's it... So I know my chances will change once I get all my SAT IIs and AP Exams done, but based on everything else, where can I get in?
