Everyone has 'really good' recs.</p>
<p>On the (big) plus side, upwards trending grades are always favorable. If you can keep it up this year, I don't see why you shouldn't have a good shot at the schools you've listed. Add a few safeties, but I'd think you'd get into at least 1-2 of those schools as things stand now.</p>
<p>Rank won't hurt you for the UC's but keep in mind your class rank could kill you even at places that don't look at frosh yr (e.g. Stanford, CMU). You have a decent shot, but you may be in trouble as nothing (including GPA or scores) is spectacular.</p>

<p>If an adcom were to read this thread, I'd say a definate rejection. I would like to point out that many of us here have thousands of hours in community service. Therefore, it is FAR from the truth that you have "more hours than all of us put together" (or some quote like that from above). So before you accuse us of being judgmental and hasty, I'd suggest you check on that first.</p>
<p>However, as they probably won't know much more about you than what you put on your application, and it seems you're privy to falsify some information (i.e. your essay). I would say the public schools are on par, private schools are a bit reaching. For Brown, I'm pretty sure they don't like a bajillion clubs, especially with being the president of "3-5." I believe they prefer for you to be passionate about one and elaborate on it in your essay. I'm pretty sure because I was only involved in a few select clubs, dedicated myself to them, wrote about math team, and got into Brown myself. I'm guessing a reject from Princeton.</p>
<p>Whenever someone says something that mars your image, you have an immediate retort. Like you said, this IS a what are my chances thread. Therefore, if you're so smart (which you seem to strongly believe), you should be able to infer what they think of your chances. Not only that, but if you are so quick to insult the others and try to strongly emphasize all these "amazing" things about you, then why are you even on this thread? Seems to me that you're just looking for praise because no matter what people say you just try to add more stats or derail any comment that's not a compliment.</p>
