Chances for UCs? And what should I improve upon?

I'm currently a junior. I want to know how if I would be competitive at UC Berkeley, UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara & UC Irvine.
Would Cal, LA and SD be reaches?
Also how competitive would I be at Georgetown & USC? Those have always been two of my dream schools.

GPA: 3.93(UW) & 4.42(W)
UC GPA: 4.36
Rank: 10/255
PSAT: 210/240 (hoping to do about the same on the actual test)
Hooks: Legacy at Berkeley & Irvine

Course load (My school doesn't offer much):
Junior: AP Chem, AP English Language & Composition, Honors Pre-Calculus & Honors Physiology
Senior: AP Biology, AP Calc AB, AP Government & Politics, AP English Literature

Extra Curriculars:
-High School & Competitive Cheerleading (Captain): I train 15 hours/week year round.
-I started a rather successful business of making and selling bows for cheerleaders, devote about 5 hours/week to making my product.
-10 year Girl Scout and volunteer weeks of my summer's to working at a day camp. (~100 hours/summer)
-Editor of my school newspaper (~5 hours/week)
-3 year CSF member

Thank you so much for taking the time to chance me. I will chance back! :)

UCs don’t care about legacies.

doesn’t really help me much, but thanks anyways.

We need your SAT score to chance you (especially for UCs), but the GPA and ECs look good. The bow-making business looks interesting.

Based solely on what you’ve given, Berkeley and UCLA are reaches, and the rest are attainable, but it depends on your SAT/ACT scores

Chance me! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1593643-chance-me-upenn-uva-chicago-michigan-usc.html

Thanks so much! I chanced back :)

As others have mentioned, the UCs don’t consider legacy.

GT- low reach
Cal, LA, USC - high matches if you get 2100 SAT. With good enough essays, all are very attainable. I personally would be surprised if you didn’t get into any.
SD - match
SB, Irvine - They would have been safeties a few years ago, but given the UCLA mentality they have developed, they are low matches rather than safeties.

Thanks a bunch, very helpful :)
