Chances for UC's in engineering?

With decisions coming next month I'm getting very anxious and was just wondering what my chances are at the following campuses (mostly UC's): UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UCI, Cal Poly SLO all for engineering majors.
ACT (taken once)
Composite: 26
English: 25
Math: 29
Reading: 24
Science: 24
Writing: 23
SAT (one sitting)
CR: 600
math: 730
writing: 590
SAT II
chem: 560
math II: 640

UC GPA: 3.32
I am a first generation 100% hispanic male, im not sure if that helps anymore. I have completed/am enrolled in 10 AP classes never receiving below a C in any, the rest of my classes have been honors and I have never taken less than 6 classes a year. I am a 3 year varsity player and was assistant captain last year. I have been involved in an environmental engineering internship for the past 2 years and have been involved in many clubs which i devoted over a hundred hours to last year and am on senior class board this year. I know my scores and GPA don't meet the standards set by most of the campuses but i was just wondering what my chances were. Please give me an honest opinion, thank you.

UCs do consider first generation, but not race.
UCB: Reach
UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Low Reach
UCI: High Match
Cal Poly SLO: Match

Since you applied as an engineer, I think all of these schools are reaches for you. Did you apply to any safeties?

I applied to CSULB and got accepted a little over a week ago.

Oh that is great, congrats!

I think you have a may possible have a shot at a few of these schools, but it is very tough as an engineering major. Best of luck to you.

UC Berkeley, UCLA - unrealistic
UCSD - high reach
UCI - reach
Cal Poly SLO - high match

LA and Cal will be nearly impossible as the average of admits is around 4.3/2100.
