Chances for UC's, Johns Hopkins, NYU, Stanford. You WILL be blessed by ALLAH.

I go to a large public school, which is consistently ranked top 10 in California.

AP Euro - 5
APUSH - 5
AP Calc AB - 5
AP Chem - 4
AP Physics B (Community college; no AP test)

It SHOULD BE NOTED that there is only 1 AP class offered at my school cumulatively between freshman and sophomore year.

Honors taken (All A's ever semester):
Honors Geometry
Honors Chemistry
Honors World Literature
Honors Precalc (UC approved)
Honors French III (UC approved)

SAT Subject Tests:

Extracurriculars/leadership (this is where I'm most worried.):
Overall, ~180 hours volunteering between:
National Honors Society (2 years)
Persian Club (2 years): I am and have been Vice President, and I've organized community service projects totaling to about 40 hours.
Church community service: I've traveled down to South Central LA and lived there for multiple weeks during the summer to help poorer kids with reading and math. This has added up to a lot of hours. I've also had to volunteer at local homeless shelters quite a bit.

Non-volunteering:
Speech and Debate (4 years): Co-captain of the LD team 1 year. I've constantly had to travel out of the country and state to compete in tournaments.
I've also been involved in judging Speech and Debate tournaments and being in charge of instructing middle school debaters (leadership?).
Track and Field (4 years): Qualified to County League Tournament 2 years.

Intended major: Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Chem

Btw, I know Stanford is a huge reach. I just want to know if if it's worth applying just for that small chance of acceptance.

Yes, it does!
Your EC’s are excellent.
but… where is the SAT?

lol “blessed by allah”…

To answer your question… I think that if you want to go to Stanford, then of course it is worth applying! You have solid credentials so why not applying to that reach school :)

@elmarcom, IceCubeNWine72 put up his/her ACT scores which is perfectly fine
