UCSC, UCR and UCM are your best bets for the UCs due to your GPA a compelling essay could open the door to UCSB, UCD and UCI. The others are really unlikely.

I disagree somewhat with the previous poster. I think that you have a good shot at all but UCB, UCLA, and UCSD, which I feel are reaches. Your SATs are very competitive, your ECs are solid, and your GPA, while not stellar, is certainly not awful. Your ethnicity, however, may hurt you, and you will have to develop a compelling essay explaining whatever family problems you had. It might be useful to calculate your UC GPA and compare that to the averages.

Chance me back please!

As hard as it is to believe, ethnicity plays no role in UC (or CSU) admission - it is the law…

UC’s are 55K for out of state per year. Make sure you can afford it.

I’m aware. But as I stated, I’m doing Army ROTC to the schools I listed above, and that gives me a full or partial scholarship to the schools I get into.

California UC’s do not consider legacy or LOR’s.

UCSB/UCD: High Match (GPA low)
UCB/UCLA: Low Reach (GPA low)

Great EC’s and writing some good essays could bump your chances up for all these schools. Good Luck.
