Colleges:
-Cal
-UCLA
-UCSD
-UCSB
-UCI
-CMU
-USC
-UIUC
-Cornell

UCSD ur in.
Cornell is a reach.

-Cal - higher match
-UCLA - match
-UCSD - low match/in
-UCSB - in
-UCI - in
-CMU - by the sounds of it, you want to apply to SCS, making it a high reach
-USC - higher match
-UIUC - match
-Cornell - reach, not a huge reach, though

You’ve got a good, realistic list of colleges, I’d anticipate you be accepted to all but maybe one or two of the California schools. (I like your odds, though.) A bit more focus in extra-curricula would be nice. Cornell, eh, you’ve got a better chance there than any other Ivy, of course, but you seem a bit like a typical Cornell applicant and their acceptance rate IS still quite low. CMU CIT much better odds than SCS, I’ll tell you that right now hahah.

wow I didn’t think my chances would be that good for the california schools; also I was debating on whether to apply to CIT or SCS for CMU since SCS is one of the most selective schools, so I guess CIT it is.
