Chances for UCS please?

weighted GPA of around 4.1 and an SAT score of 2250, SAT IIs: 740 Biology (retaking), 770 (Math II). My schedule is quite challenging and my high school is ranked among top 20 public schools in nation.
ECs (kind of weak :/):
One summer of internship at an office
various service clubs outside of school
various clubs inside of school
Orchestra (2 years)
Over 300 hours in community service hours
Library volunteer(tutoring children)-3 years
Private tutor-1 summer
Summer Youth Leadership Program-4 years

What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley, UCLA, and UCSD bioengineering? Oh I live in California if that helps. xD

Also, do first semester senior year grades get counted into UC gpa? Thanks!

Are you ELC eligible? What is your rank/decile?
What is your UC GPA (10th and 11th grades only)?

My UC GPA 10th and 11th GPA is 4.1

What about ELC status?

I don’t think I am ELC eligible because at my high school, getting just one B drops your rank 30 students.

I like recommending the link below for looking at your admit rate compared to others that have a similar profile. Go to the link below, click on “Custom Tables”, answer some questions, and enter up to 3 “mean characteristics” at a time to see what the admit rates are at the various UCs:

Your mid-year report could play a significant role in getting you accepted at the top-tier UCs. My S got THREE B’s his spring semester junior year, but then got straight A’s in the fall during his senior year. This I believe was critical in getting him accepted to Cal last year.
