Chances for UC's/USC/NYU

<p>I screwed up my junior year, and my 10-12 gpa is 2.90, weighted 3.30. ACT is 33 and ACT essay 11. If I get all A's 1st semester of senior year, I would have a 3.10 gpa and weighted 3.45. What are my chances for UC's, USC and NYU? I'm majoring in business/accounting.</p>

<p>Don’t UCs require an unweighted sophomore-junior gpa of at least 3.0? You might wanna research that…
Also UCs dont look at senior year grades</p>
