ps:(decent chance for ucla/Berkeley?)

UCR - High Match
UCI - Low Reach
UCSB - Low Reach
UCSD - High Reach

With your GPA I don’t think you will get into UCLA or Berkeley.

You will get into UCSB for sure. They love high SAT scores. Same thing happened to my brother- 3.3 weighted and 2180 SAT, and he didn’t take as many SAT subjects or difficult APs. He was very involved at school however.

Although UCs say they are “race blind”, race does factor in and you may get lucky at UCLA and Berkeley, I am going to assume you are from California as well.

UCR- Probably Safety
UCI- Low Reach (they tend to care more about GPA)
UCSB- Great match, possibly safety
UCSD- High Reach
My recommendations are to boost your GPA, maybe squeeze in a few more hours. Also, it seems like you re an intelligent and competent student by your subject tests, so maybe you just go to a competitive school. Colleges will know that.

A few questions: what is your intended major, are you a first generation college student, and are you low income? Those will tend to change up your chances

UCR - Match
UCI - Low Reach
UCSB - Low Reach
UCSD - High Reach
UCLA - Extreme reach - GPA too low
UCB - Extreme reach - GPA too low
