Chances for UCs?

Hi, I live in southern California and am planning to apply to most of the UCs. I’m currently ending my junior year.

Schools:
UCI, UCR, UCB, UCSD, UCLA

Freshman GPA: 4.0 W
Sophomore GPA: 3.83 W (bad, i know)
Junior GPA: 4.0 W
Estimated Senior GPA: ~4.05/4.1 W

Roughly in the top 12% of my school.

ECs (somewhat weak, i think):
1 year of engineering club
1 year of key club (1 more next year)
1 year of academic decathlon (1 more next year)
3 years varsity tennis (again, 1 more next year)
1 year girls’ tennis team manager
CSF/CJSF since the beginning of middle school
Currently learning to program and working on a website (not sure if this is super relevant, but i guess it shows interest)

SAT I: 1840
taking it again soon, definitely think i can get above a 2000
haven’t taken the ACT

AP Classes:
AP Bio, APUSH, AP Euro
senior year: AP Lit, AP Gov/Econ, AP Comp Sci, AP Stats

I’m a white male, among the first generation in my family to go to college. I was born in Italy, and we all moved here to America. My family went through very tough times before I was born and when we first moved here (i can elaborate on this a lot more in my essays).
I am fluent in Bosnian and English.

Intended major: Computer science
Hobbies: produced electronic music 2 & 1/2 years, digital art, currently learning to code, video production/editing, and a little bit of photgraphy.

Tried to make the formatting as neat as possible, sorry if it comes out as messy!

Your GPA is competitive, EC’s decent but SAT below average for all the UC’s on your list except UCR. For UCI, you need around a 1900+. For UCSD, around 2000+ and UCLA/UCB around 2100+. CS is extremely popular and competitive and you want to be at or above average academically for a decent chance at an acceptance. UC 's use 10-11th grades for GPA so Senior year grades will not factor in. http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

If you have an interesting story to tell, your essays could give you a boost. I would add UCSC and a few Cal states for solid matches and safeties to your list (SJSU, CSULB, SDSU). Good luck on your SAT retake.
