I want to major in philosophy and hope to go to law school eventually so I know that UCLA and UCB would obviously be good choices, but I’m a little worried that my GPA is lacking. I’m also considering UCI, UCSD, and UCSB. Thoughts on my chances and which schools (other than LA and Berkeley of course) would be best for preparing me for law school?

Are you in-state and is that your wieghted GPA or your UC GPA. If possible please provide both.
Not knowing all your particulars, UCB, UCSD and UCLA are reaches - your GPA and SAT are below average at all 3 schools. That said, they use holistic admission so, wow them with your ECs and essay and you have a fighting chance. You have a solid chance at UCD, UCI and UCSB aren’t a shoe in - as your stats just a bit above their campus avg. The rest of the UCs, you should have no trouble.
