Chances for UCSB and UCSD?

Based on the my information, what would be my changes to go to UCSD and UCSD?

My GPA in school so far.is 4.85 and 3.97 (unweighted).
Through all my courses since freshman year, the majority honors (all since junior year), I have received all A's, and one B.
I have taken 5 AP classes so far:
AP US History - 5
AP Spanish Language - 5
AP Psychology - 4
AP European History -3
AP English Language -3

And I am going to take 6 more senior year:
AP Calculus
AP Statistics
AP Physics B
AP Spanish Literature
AP English Literature
AP US Government

I was the President of the Nutrition Club. I have been a mentor in the BigBrothersBig Sisters program. I am a member of the Young Womens Leader Program, and World Quest. I have been in my school's swim team for two years. I an also a member of the ICUC team, which empowers minorities and schools.
I am a first generation college bound student. I am Mexican, which I don't know if it's an advantage or disadvantage anymore.

SAT : 1790 (will retake)
ACT : 26 (will also retake)

Based on my current information without retaking the ACT and SAT, what are my chances of being accepted?

By the way, since I am planning on majoring in Computer Science, what school would be more advantageous and convenient to apply for?
I have a very low income family and I don't think I would be able to afford applying to more schools.

You have a great GPA, test scores are pretty good.

UCSB - match
UCSD - high match

UCSB: Match
UCSD: High match

UCSB: match
UCSD: match/high match (depending on whether you go for an impacted major)

YV021455: Matches  Also, if you bump up your SAT by 200+ points (not too difficult), you could apply to UCLA and UCB.
