Chances for UCSD? (and my current results)

My stats:

SAT: 1960 (retaking in December, hoping for 2000 or above)
Math: 670
Critical Reading: 640
Writing: 650
Essay: 8

SAT II:
Math: 710
Physics: (awaiting my score)

ACT:
32

GPA (unweighted): 3.99
GPA (weighted): 4.7
(These probably have been raised since the second semester of last year)

Junior Year AP Classes:
Chemistry
Spanish
Language (AP score - 4)
US History (AP score - 4)
(Made all A's in these classes except for one 89)

Current, Senior Year AP Classes:
Physics
Literature
Art
Calculus
Statistics
Government
Economics
(Currently making all A's).

I'm also in the top 5% of my class (in Texas) but will be applying out of state (UCSD specifically). I was ranked 9 out of approximately 500 my junior year, (raised from being ranked 12 my freshman year) but I may have changed (for the better) by the time new rankings are released. I'm a member of National Honor Society, and vice president of my school's National Art Honor Society. And I'm not sure if this counts for anything, but I've gone to several regional and state art competitions and received multiple awards.

As of now, my results:
Applied: Baylor, UT, UCSD
Accepted: Baylor, UT, (have to wait a while to know about UCSD)

So do you all think my stats are good enough for UCSD?

I think your UC GPA, which only adds an extra grade point to your best eight AP courses for out-of-staters, is nowhere near 4.7. It’s more like 4.2-4.3 or something.

But can you afford full freight at UCSD?

UCSD full-freight: Low match
UCSD with institutional FA: Match
