<p>While your rank is great, we don't really know how good of a school you go to. ACT and SAT are great for UCSD in state, but not so sure about out of state :|</p>
<p>SAT II's are pretty low, Math Level 1 isnt even considered, and Math Level 2 is quite low... most people get 800. Same for chem, especially since you want to go into an impacted major (science too... heh)</p>
<p>In my opinion, you MIGHT, and i emphasize MIGHT have had a chance if you were in state... but since you are OOS, I'd have to say no chance here :(</p>

<p>we have a 100 point scale GPA at my school (unweighted)
AP classes get a 1.1 weight and honors a 1.05</p>
<p>my gpa is over 102 weighted; i rarely make anything less than a 98.</p>
