<p>UCSD has a good International Study program that I would love to be a part of. Also, my brother currently attends UCSD and nothing would make me happier than getting to go to school with him again.</p>

<p>I am currently a junior.
frosh and soph gpas were both 3.33 (bad years)
Ok, so I have a 3.73 gpa unweighted and 3.83 weighted
have not taken sat, act, or ap tests yet</p>

<p>in one ap (senior year will have 4 aps)
two years varsity swimming, one year jv water polo, one year varsity waterpolo,
two years symphonic band
one year marching band and drumline
went with school to costa rica and dc
this summer im planning on volunteering abroad somewhere, probably Senegal
will have 100 service hours (at least)
planning on making a human rights club to be president
have a minor heart condition that kept me from continuing sports
have a few minor mental illnesses
work experience as a lifeguard
strong essay writer</p>

<p>overall everything looks good. to get into ucsd for sure based on your stats above get a 2000+ on the sat or 30-31 Act as well as 670+ on both subject tests and you should be fine</p>
