I’d say reach because you live in Massachusetts. Nothing really pops out and scores are for the most part average/ under average. Now to address my first point, a couple years ago this would be a high match, but recently more in state residents are getting declined because universities want out of state tuition costs that and umass Amherst isn’t a bad school at all. I suggest you have other options in mind.

I would say it’s a high match for you. If you retake the SAT and get at least 1800 (shouldn’t be too hard, since it’s less than 200 points), that will really help you in admissions. Definitely apply to other UMass campuses you like, as lower matches, and make sure to have some reaches.

Here are some of my recommendations for you (all in MA):
-Bentley: HIGH reach
-Stonehill: high reach
-Emerson: high reach
-Hampshire (very close to UMass Amherst, and you can enroll in classes at UMass, Amherst College, Smith, and Mount Holyoke): mid reach
-Emmanuel: low reach / high match
-Gordon: high match
-Lesley: mid match
-Endicott: mid match
-Suffolk: mid match
-Curry: low match
-Wheelock: low match / safety

Good luck!! :)
