Chances for UMich, Georgia Tech and UC Berkeley?

I'm a Junior with a 3.8 (91) unweighted GPA at one of the top 20 high schools in the country.
I've taken only 2 regular classes (non honors and non AP) my entire 3 years here.
At the end of Junior year I will have taken 4 aps (World, US, Chemistry and Computer Science) and in my senior year I will be taking AP Calculus, AP Physics C, AP Literature and AP Comparative Government.

I am the founder and president of a club at my school
I'm on two sports teams and the robotics team
I'm doing research in the Intel Research Program.

My SAT Scores aren't great: 2030 (1330 math and cr).

What are my chances and what can I do to improve my chances?

From you school choices, it seems you are planning to study engineering. If that is the case, you chance is not very good. Your GPA is relatively low for UMich (avg 3.85 overall, 3.9 for engineering). Your SAT is right at the 25% for UMich (CoE would be 50-100 higher). So UMich LSA would be low reach and CoE would be a reach for you. UCB would be about the same.
Try to bring up both your GPA and SAT. For UCB, you probably want to recalculate your GPA in UC’s way to see how it looks first.
Last but not least, both UMich and UCB are very expensive for oos. So you may want to check out their NPC before looking further.

Does the fact that my GPA is lower because of my advanced classes count for anything?
Also what about Georgia Tech?
