Chances for UNC Chapel Hill (OOS)

Curious to see what my chances of getting into UNC Chapel Hill out of state are.

Here's a little bit about me.

I'm a Senior. White male.
About 80hrs total community service
I volunteered as an umpire for little league and was also a coach/counselor at a little kids baseball camp for a week.
National Honor Society
10/135 class rank
Several all academic teams for all 3 sports
Varsity Soccer 4 years
Soccer Captain Sr year
Basketball Varsity 2 years
Baseball Varsity 3 years (will play in the spring for the 4th year and will probably be captain)
93.5 GPA (my school does it out of 100, I dont know why. So if anyone could tell me that on a 4.0 scale that'd be awesome)
I do Link Crew which is a club that helps welcome freshmen into high school.
I took APUSH as a sophomore and got a 1 on the AP exam but got an 89 in the class overall.
Also took AP/UCONN Biology Junior year. I opted not to take the AP exam because in my school UCONN offers Early College Experience classes where they give the teachers 2 exams (miderm and final) to take and for Bio the exams counted for 15% of your grade and your average in the class was 85% but you have to get like a 75 in order to get credit. So i figured it would be easier to be guaranteed credit if I took it as a UCONN ECE class instead of risking it all on the AP exam.

This year as a senior I am taking AP Psychology and the teacher that teaches it has a great record for people passing the exam so I am assuming I will probably get a 4/5.
I am also taking AP/UCONN Probability&Statistics. I am doing the UCONN credit instead of the AP for that class. and I am also taking UCONN English which is equivalent to freshmen english at UCONN.

My SAT Scores:
Critical Reading: 550
Math:800
Writing: 650

Is there anything else you might need to know to give me a better idea?

It’s a reach.

Personally, I’m not too familiar with UNC Chapel Hill but i know its going to be tougher for you since your out of state but its always worth a try. Im applying to rutgers and im freaking out about it. Your stats look pretty solid overall so you should be a good candidate. Did you apply early?

^^^UNC is very very selective out-of-state.
