School: go to a difficult private school
Course rigor: taking hardest courses at school, will have 7 AP's by the time I graduate
EC's: 2 varsity sports, 3 leadership roles, service trip to Africa and fundraising group, community service 100+ hours, NHS, scholarship to school, cured cancer</p>

<p>I will just say briefly that you have a great GPA considering your course load and school. However, your SAT score may be a bit lacking for the colleges you are applying to. How did you do on your SAT2s? If you write strong essays, I think you have a good chance at all the schools you mentioned. </p>

<p>Overall, I think you are a very strong candidate (minus your SAT score which you are retaking). Your leadership roles, sports, and activity will inevitably boost you up the application pool.</p>

<p>Thanks for the reply! And although my sat scores are low, the average sat score for carolina is 1300/1940 so I think I have a decent chance. Btw, I chanced you back.</p>

<p>Try to get your SAT up. I know those schools like good EC’s. You have a reasonable chance at UNC though, just try that SAT once more!</p>
