Oh, my other top choices are UC Berkeley, Tufts, and Brown. Could you also tell my my chance for those schools? My highest SAT score is 2220 (750 reading, 790 math, 680 writing).

i mean its pretty arbitrary but u seem set. do some sat ii’s asap

Berkeley is hard for out of state, but if you’re in CA you should have a great chance! Not sure about the other schools - it seems like a complete toss-up. Where are you ranked in your class? At some schools a 3.8 is top of the pack (I have a 3.8 UW and am ranked top 9%) and at others it seems way below average. That would play a role too. I love UChi and will be applying EA, good luck to you!
