I apologize, but because of my burning curiosity, I'm going to contribute to the endless amount of chances threads.

I have a 3.75 GPA
I'm from out of state
I'm a first generation child, of mixed descent. (Don't know if that does anything, thought I'd throw it in there.)
Have taken 5 AP Classes, 5 honors classes, and 2 advanced classes.
29 on ACT, 1800 on SAT. (Does CU Boulder superscore?)
I unfortunately do have a D on my transcript, in a subject that I personally struggle with, and two C's. My counselor told me to write a little note explaining why I got that grade, because my family was struggling at that time, since my parents had lost both of their jobs, and some other things were going on.
I'm just worried that because of the bad grades, I might not get accepted.

I know that was a lot, but thanks:)
