<p>Im mostly worried that my EC's arent enough since ive barely participated in school activitys but im hoping volunteering will off set that a little and that People to People will make me stand out some.</p>

<p>you’re fine. the admission rate for in-state is about 50%, so you have a 80% chance of getting in</p>

<p>Retake the ACT and get a 2000+ and you should be fine.</p>

<p>your stats look fine. you should get in. to be sure, raise your gpa a bit and retake the SAT as well.</p>

<p>My stats were very similar, and I got in. I am also an in-state white male. I had a lower GPA when applying (4.18) but an SAT score over 2000. Try retaking the SAT to see if you can get it higher. I also had really good recommendations and worked very hard on my essays. </p>
