Chances for University Of Washington/UCLA/Berkeley?

Live in Washington so only UW would be in-state

four languages (English two native languages, and high school level 3 of spanish)

3.86 GPA (basically 3.8 freshman, 4.0 sophomore, 3.7 junior)
4 AP classes junior year and I got a 4, 3, 3, 2 on the tests and I'm talking 5 AP classes next year
2070 SAT (700 reading, 690 math, 680 writing) - I've only taken it once and I might take it again
I took summer course in Networking and for an MTA Certification as well as an 'AP' Digital Arts course but I got extra credits for those

as for ECs

I volunteered for two years as a theatre technician after school for freshman and sophomore year and now I get paid to do it junior and senior year. Problem is that you also get school credits for it and it shows up on the transcript

I've been in NHS since freshman year induction

I volunteer at the library every Wednesday for two hours as a tutor

I play guitar but not really at a level higher than playing at my school's spring concert

I do some light stuff for my cultural center

I'm planning to start a club next year and spend an additional hour after school every day tutoring math

I could also join FBLA for senior year only but I'm not sure

~~~
What are my chances if my application is solid? And what else can I do senior year to improve my resume?
Edit: And is there any point for me to take the ACT? Should I take the SAT again and try for a better score? I think I could improve it marginally but I don't really think I could raise but a good amount unless it actually really studied and put in time.
Thanks!
bump plz
I had worse stats than u and I got into Udub out of state, so you should be good for Udub. For UCLA and Berkeley I am not sure
university of washington - low match
ucla and ucb - low reach
Your ec’s seem average. What’s your major? UC’s like demonstrated interest towards one’s major. Also definitely retake the SAT or take the ACT to improve your chances. Nice gpa though and remember to write good essays. Good luck!
Thanks! I’m interested in computer science which I know is tough as hell in any big WC public university but I think it’s possible. I already know a good amount of coding but my school only offers Web Page Design (which I took freshman year) and I’ll be taking AP CompSci next year. I also have the MTA certifications and I taught myself a good amount of HTML/CSS coding since my school didn’t offer any classes before this year.
