Chances for University to community college then transfer

<p>Hi, I am currently a student at cal poly pomona and have about 80 credits in G.E. and couple major classes.</p>

<p>My gpa is 2.5, due to my unstable bipolar illness, which I have a valid medical report to it. Therefore, I've been constantly been in and out to school and now I am 21.</p>

<p>I am stable, and I know what major I want to do in future, so like the purpose of this thread what are my chances of transfering from university and to community college and to another.</p>

<p>Advise would be greatful....</p>

<p>Advice from others on CC recommends not mentioning your bipolar diagnosis in your application.
The gaps in your college career can be explained by illness but you will not get a pass on your gpa.
I would recommend showing an upward trend in your grades and continuous enrollment for the next few semesters as a way to show stability.
